• Lead Generation Intelligence: Monitoring and aggregation of data from Reddit, Hacker News, RSS feeds, and other sources for business intelligence.

AI-Generated Content: Content generated by our AI tools based on your inputs belongs to you, subject to the following conditions:

• AI-generated content may not be entirely unique and similar content may be generated for other users

Scraped Data: Data collected through our web scraping tools is subject to the terms and conditions of the source websites. You are responsible for ensuring your use of scraped data complies with applicable laws and the terms of service of the source websites.

Our Content: All intellectual property rights in the Service, including software, design, logos, and documentation, remain the exclusive property of SnowForge.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SNOWFORGE AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Any damages resulting from AI-generated content or scraped data
• Actions taken by third-party platforms
• Accuracy or completeness of scraped data

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9. Termination

By You: You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in your settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
